connect the phone to the ufs box


click full factory defaults

after that........

click the format user area

then.......

click the write PM(be sure to put a good pm file)

after that ........

click the init simlocks


.....the phone is successfully fixed.....

tested by me ofcourse.........

this solution of mine works only for the fresh 3650/3660 phones......what i mean is phones that never have been repaired..........


if this solution doesn't work you need to reprogram it..............
